Of course we accept returns and exchanges! At rebeccasjewels.com, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.

 

Our return policy:

  1. All items must to be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  2. We don’t provide prepaid shipping labels, in other words, we don’t cover the cost of return shipping.
  3. You need to make the request within 30 days of your original purchase.
  4. Provide your tracking number back to our customer service is essential.
  5. Returns will be refunded in your original payment account.
  6. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  7. It will take 1-3 days for PayPal refunds and 1-2 weeks for credit cards.
  8. If you need an even exchange, the shipping fee of replacement is on us.
