Return and Exchange
Of course we accept returns and exchanges! At rebeccasjewels.com, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.
Our return policy:
- All items must to be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- We don’t provide prepaid shipping labels, in other words, we don’t cover the cost of return shipping.
- You need to make the request within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Provide your tracking number back to our customer service is essential.
- Returns will be refunded in your original payment account.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- It will take 1-3 days for PayPal refunds and 1-2 weeks for credit cards.
- If you need an even exchange, the shipping fee of replacement is on us.
How to return:

2. Put your return package at any courier company you find convenient, and email the company name and tracking number to service@rebeccasjewels.com.
