Note 1: Shipping time depends on the availability of the carrier provider and your shipping address. We do apologize for the delay caused by Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier services.

What’s your shipping rate?
The cost of our Worldwide Standard Shipping is $5, free worldwide standard shipping is available for orders over $50, and you will typically receive your order in 7-20 days.
Which countries can you ship to?
We ship worldwide. But there are some Nondelivery Areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands. These regions are not in our delivery zones at the moment, but we will have more steps to support these areas soon.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
You can make changes ONLY before your order is shipped. If the shipment is in progress, we are unable to make changes for you. So, if you need to make any changes for your order, please contact us via email@example.com ASAP.
Do you ship in holidays?
All orders are handled in business days. Orders placed in the weekend or holidays will be handled in the following workday.
